Scope of application:

Suitable for the determination of the circuit integrity of the finished silicon rubber insulated cable.

Main parameters:

Composition of instruments: combustion chamber, test frame, power supply, burner and gas source;

Test box: can hold the horizontal installation of the spray lamp and suspension sample, the top is equipped with a suction fan, adjacent to the bottom of the side should enter the air hole. The exhaust fan should be sufficient for smoke and gas, but not too much suction. The design of the test box should be designed to minimize the horizontal air flow and allow the free circulation of the gas produced during the combustion test.

Burner: type gas burner is high, flame length is 610 mm, could produce flame, can produce 0.778 m after/h burning natural gas, the calorific value of 38292 + 766 KJ/m after, or other equivalent heat and temperature of the gas;

Power supply:

1. Voltage: AC0~5000V can be set;

2. Power: 10kw;

3. Current: 0~1A can be set.

Sample frame: the sample is suspended on the sample rack, the torch is parallel to the sample, and the horizontal distance of the sample and the vertical line of the torch lamp is 45~ 50mm. The suspension of the sample should not seriously impede the flame spraying to the sample, and avoid any part of the sample dripping. When the sample burns, it should be greater than 19mm at the top of the burner.

Gas path: gas flow meter, air flow meter, flow regulating valve, air regulating valve and pipeline.
