4.Factory state: Hot rolled or forged. Annealed hardness≤229. Black surface.

5.Characteristic: This steel has good workability, machining deformation tiny anti-fatigue performance is quite good, is in hardenability steel. 4140 after heat treatment, good strength and good mechanical properties, good technology, and high-yield.

7.Process flow: Electric arc furnace melting→Refining furnace → Vacuum treatment furnace → Cast ingot → Steel ingot anneal → Heating → High-speed forging,refining forging → Anneal,retarded cooling,air cooling → Quenching and tempering tretment → Finishing operation → Text → Finished products
