Manually load on stator to the shaft and press with cover

4. Which is the range of stacking lengths the winding machine can
work?
Standard wheel motor winding machine hub motor stator stack height 10mm~30mm,

5. The winding process is automatic or manual?
Automatically with Mitubishi servo device
6. Is it possible to press and compact the wire copper during or after
winding?
Compact the wire after winding process with a separate machine
7. Does the machine any limitation in the dimension of the width of
the open slot?
Min. Open slot width>1.8mm, in China hub motor winding slot open
width usually is2mm, 3mm
8.What is the height of the machine on the work area of the operator?
Winding machine operation height 750mm
9. Are there the machine any sensors to check if the wiring is
correct(e.g. sensor to the
check if the wire is broken)?
Machine pause and alarm if wire broken
10. Do you have machines to do the testing the wheel motor after
winding?
Yes, separate testing machine
11. How you put the part on the machine before and after winding?
It's a heavy wheel motor about 15 kg.
We didn't handle so heavy stator, Opearter load/unload staotr manually under 5KGS,
For example, a 198mm OD wheel motor stator weight around 2KGS
