First process name: precure tread rubber
Conformable tire: The sidewall rubber still very good but tread rubber was worn down
but not damage the steel belt.
Process: buffing machine grind off the rest tread rubber then brush glue,
put new tread rubber on it, at last put the tire on curing chamber
heating and vulcanizing.
Second section name: casing tread rubber
Conformable tire: The sidewall rubber still very good but tread rubber was worn down
and damage the steel belt.
Process: rubber cutting machine remove the tread rubber with steel belt,
named casing, and cover a new casing, at last put the tire on
curing chamber heating and vulcanizing.
Third section name: old tread rubber
Conformable tire: the tread rubber still good but tire explode damaged the sidewall
rubber.
Process: rubber cutting machine remove the casing or tread rubber, if
remove the casing, used for casing tread rubber section, if remove
the tread rubber, used for precure tread rubber section.
