The pruduct is bolt,or screw, is a type of fastener, typically made
of metal, and characterized by a helical ridge,known as a male

Some screwthreads are designed to mate with a complementary thread,
known as a female thread (internal thread),often in the form of a
nut or an object that has the internal thread formed into it. Other
screw threads are designed to cut a helical groove in a softer
material as the screw is inserted. The most common uses of screws
are to hold objects together and to position objects.A screw will
almost always have a head on one end which contains a specially

Tin is a silver white metal, non-toxic, with good weldability and
ductility. It is widely used in electronics, food, automobile and
other industries. The tin plating process of six angle bolts is
classified into two categories: acid plating bath and alkaline tin
plating process by the pH value of the plating bath.
Advantage:
The advantage of acid tin plating is that the plating speed is
faster. And the coating is bright and meticulous, deep plating
ability. The plating solution has a strong tolerance to impurities,
and the operation at room temperature is more energy saving.
However, the plating method also has shortcomings, that is, the
dispersing ability of the bath is poor, the porosity of the coating
is higher, the brazing is not as good as the alkaline tin plating,
and the two valence tin is hydrolyzed. Therefore, the six angle
head bolt acid tin plating is divided into sulphate tin plating,
fluorborate tin plating and oxide tin plating because of different
conductive medium. At present, some special industrial six - corner
head bolts are used in this tin plating process.
