Square weave is also called plain weave and it is the most commonly used weave. Each weft wire passes alternatively over and under each warp wire and vice versa. Warp and weft wire diameters are usually the same. Stainless Steel 304 is the most common material among stainless steel grades in our factory. We export stainless steel wire mesh mainly processing with standard AISI, DIN, SUS, EN.

38mesh plain weave stainless steel wire mesh including 38 wires and openings per inch. For following 38mesh/inch wire cloth, is weaved by 0.0065"(0.165mm) diameter wire, 0.5mm spacing each wire of both warp and weft. Characteristics:
In atmospheric conditions stainless steel DIN1.4301 has excellent resistance in rusting even with the presence of acids like nitric acid. The material has excellent resistance in alkaline solutions as well as organic and inorganic salts. In general this material is highly resistant to corrosion in atmosphere while in high salt spray like marine environment it might develop superficial staining which might be prevented with cleaning.
