Q1: What shall I provide before getting a quote?
A: If you have existing concept pls share us with picture, size and
quantity.
B: If you have no idea at all then please advise the detail of your
products then our pre-sale service team will help you to make a
customized proposal and concept drawing.
Q2:What kind of product information should I provide?
Please send us photos of your products as well as the dimensions,
weight and how many units you would like to put in a display.
According to this information our sales team will be able to
recommend the most suitable display for your good products.
Q3:Can sample fee be refunded?
Yes, sample fee is refundable when order placed.
Q4:How will you ship the sample?
A:Please provide your DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT account number for quick
delivery service.
B:If you don't have an account number then please pre-paid the
courier cost and we will delivery via our express agent, which will
be cheaper than official air express but a little slower.
Q5:What's the lead time for a sample and mass production?
Sample: 3-5 days
Productdion: 7-15 days accordingly to the quantity.
Q6:What is your MOQ(minimum order quantity)?
No MOQ required, sample available(one piece accept)
Q:Can cardboard display load heavy duty products?
Yes, it can. According to your cases, our engineers will try their
best to meet your needs after
rationalizing structure of your products and select thickened
materials and other fittings(if necessary).
Q8:What format of artwork should I provide for printing?
Please provide AI,PDF,PSD with high resolution grapihc.It must be
CMYK instead of RGB.
Q9:How do you control quality?
We have QA/QC team to control every process including incoming
quality control,process control,and finished product inspection,to
ensure your display/packaging is in high quality.
Q10:What kind of material for cardboard displays?
Generally, we use 300gsm CCNB + A9/W9(E-flute) corrugated cardboard
for counter display (PDQ/CDU), and 350gsm CCNB + K5/K5A9
(B-flute/BE-flute) corrugated cardboard for floor display. The
material we use is very sturdy and eco-friend(100% recycled).
