1. Quality Burner: Gas oil steam boiler adopting high quality low
nitrogen split-type burner; preheat the air for burner, raise the
furnace's temperature and increase combustion efficiency.
2. Safe: Gas oil steam boiler are produced strictly accordance with
the relevant national standards, pneumatic hydraulic pressure
automatic adjustment, automatic ignition, and water shortage or
overpressure flame failure protection.
3. High Efficiency 95%: Wet-back technology replace traditional
dry-back design, effectively increase boiler’s water heating
surface, and protect the smoke-box from the over-temperature
damage. Three passes structure, Large diameter corrugated furnace
and corrugated fire tubes to increase boiler heating surface to
better absorb the heat. Additional, it also equipped with
condenser(finned tube type) to full using the massive latent heat
in the exhaust gas; and the high temperature condensing water also
can be fed into the boiler again.
4. PLC Automatic Control: WNS series gas oil steam boiler adopting
advanced touch screen control cabinet and digital computer full
automatic controller. The water feeding system controller can
automatically regulate water feeding rate, make sure boiler's water
stay on the standard water level. According to boiler's working
pressure, burner controller can automatically regulate output
power; the burner's output has one- two- three stages fire.
5. Long life: Gas oil steam boiler adopt advanced technology of
preheat expansion then welded which prevents corrode tube clearance
and enhanced strength.also through hot commissioning before
delivery, whether running or operation rate are all very stable.
6. Convenient Installation/ Maintenance: WNS series gas oil steam
boiler gets compact structure and openable front/ back smoke boxes,
man-hole, hand-hole, platform ladder. Above designs are convenient
for installation, maintenance.
