Structure od SZL type biomass boiler

Double drums horizontal chained biomass boiler, the furnace is arranged on the right side of the boiler, the upper and lower drums are arranged on the left side of the boiler.The inlet end of condensing heat exchanger is connected with water inlet, outlet end linked to the water tank which is fixed at the upper end of the furnace body, and the water inlet tank is connected to the upper drum on other side of the furnace,then the upper drum connects with the under drum by the first and second convection Tubes and the upper-under horizontal box,finally,hot water is drawn from the effluent header mounted on the upper drum.

The furnace type is double-drum,offset furnace, D-type layout, large furnace space, suitable for biomass boiler combustion.Design independent whirlwind burning chamber, with level dust function.Water pipe boiler,large heating area, boost fastly.
