In each functional circuit, the load switch is provided with a manpower(or electric) energy storage spring actuator, and the grounding switch is provided with a manpower energy storage spring actuator. The panel is provided with a separation and closing hole for the operation of the load switch closing and manual switch rotation and ground switch respectively. It is equipped with analogue wire, switch state display plate and lock position. The operation of load switch and ground switch has interlock device to prevent misoperation.
