Pipe Production Line Features:

1)Optimized on thousands of high speed pipe extrusion and co-extrusion technologies and after several key improvements, this independently developed drip tape line has become the most reliable pilot model with the highest speed among domestic similar ones.

2) As per different drip tape wall thickness and dripper types, the most matured technical solution will be provided for the client. Series of advanced technologies are applied in the whole production process, from dripper sorting & inserting, dripper sticking, haul-off, punching hole inspection to finial tape winding, which ensures both Non-PC and PC drip tape can be produced with high and stable speed.

3) Extruder is specially designed according to the processed material features, which can perfectly process both virginal material and recycled material.

4) The die head mould, with advantages of unique reasonable structure and scientific melt flow rate, enables better plasticizing of material, stable pipe quality and lower drip tape broken frequency.

5) Standard offered automatic pipe winding machine has intelligent functions of auto traversing, reel changing etc. There is no need for manual intervention.

6) The control system can realize multi-machine linkage, defect detection, unqualified product inspection, fault diagnosis, remote control, etc., ensuring the synchronization, accuracy and stability of dripper inserting and hole punching while high speed production.
