4. Application

This line can be used to produce soya nuggets, TVP/TSP, soya chunks by adjusting the moulds from extruder; meanwhile it can produce cereal, snacks by adjusting the screws from extruder.

Raw material

It is usually made from high (50%) soy protein soy flour or concentrate, but can also be made from cotton seeds, wheat, and oats.

It is extruded into various shapes (chunks, flakes, nuggets, grains, and strips) and sizes.

Equipments are made of stainless steel and the screw is made of alloy steel and special craft, which guarantee the using time longer.

Packing and shipping

1. We will pack all necessary machines into wooden cases. For drying machine, and heavy extruders, we will fix them in the container with very strong iron wire.

2. If by LCL for small quantity machines, we will let send to QINGDAO port for loading.

3. If need containers, our trucks will take the containers from port to our factory for professional and safely loading, and then return to port for shipment.
