Product Description
The double-screw extruder consists of feeding system, extruding
system, cutting system, heating system, transmission system and
controlling system. We will feed the material from the feeding
machine and get the tissue state by inflating the material and the
machine barrel must be high temperature, high pressure and high
cutting. The material can be sterilized by the high temperature and
high pressure and make the product safe.
Application
The double-screw extruder has a wide range of application. Adopting
corn flour, rice, starch as raw material, it can produce various
puffed food: breakfast cereals production, nutritious rice starch,
modified starchy, breadcrumbs, and pet food and so on. this
equipment is flexible collocated. Products
are multi-shaped by choosing different model.

Main Features of Bread Crumb Dryer
1. Stable performance: adopting frequency speed controlling with
high automation and stable pre-formation.
2. Barrel: the barrel is euro-style rectangle barrel. The reflux
refrigeration channel is optimized and disposed, which can make
temperature difference in different smaller areas.
3. The material of the screw can be 38CrMoALA, under initiation
treatment, or make of alloy bushing which is anti-wear.
4. Permanent working life: the screws are made of the alloy steel
and special craft. It can work continuously for one year under
conditions of high wear and pressure
5. The forced lubricating system can also extend the usage time of
the extruder.
6. The Auto-temperature control system makes the temperature
controlling much more direct and the parameters more precise.
7. Self-cleaning: the screw has the capability of self-cleaning. No
need to disassemble when stooping.
