2. Introduction of multilayer oven
multilayer oven is one of the most important machine in puffed food
production line. Its effect is drying semi-finished products.
Drying process can control puffed food’s moisture, and make them
crispy. It can adjust puffed food’s property and extend their
expiration date. Electric oven can be used in almost all of puffed
food manufacturing processes, such as puffed snacks, pet food, fish
feed, textured soy protein, modified starch, man-made rice etc.
Our multilayer oven are mainly divided to 3 type (by layers
quantity)---3 layers, 5 layers and 7 layers. It depends on
different food varieties and output requirement.

4. Application
Widely used in metallurgy, building materials, ceramics, organic
fertilizer, chemical and other industries, and the ideal equipment
for food and vegetables drying processing.Multilayer belt type hot
air dryer is used of steel net work as a transport carrier material
for continuous drying equipment, the most suitable for flow
operation.Due to the conveyor is a mesh, so drying rules or
irregular various substance is the most appropriate (such as :coal,
ore forming block, food, vegetables, etc.) .This machine not only
can be used with other equipment,but also used alone.
5. Working principle
It is a kind of batch, continuous production.The main heating mode are
electric heating and steam heating.Its main principle is to put the
material evenly spread in net, net belt with 12-60 steel mesh belt,
reciprocate by dragging gear in dryer, hot air between the material
flows and water vapor from moisture discharge hole, so as to
achieve the purpose of drying.The cabinet length is made up by the
standard section, in order to save space.The dryer can be made into
multi-layer type, there are two chambers three layers , two
chambers five layers, length : 6-40 m, effective width :0.6-3.0 m.
