1. This machine adopts synchronous control technique. The center-control and welding time are composed of Panasonic PLC program system. The input front-panel has two forms, touch screen and keyboard that makes the machine more intelligent and reasonable.

2. The cross wire system is controlled by stepping motor. The falling cross wire is automatically one by one. Increasing productivity.The machine stops automatically if cross wires are used up in the hopper.

3. Adjustable longitude wire space and weft wire space according to your required mesh size.. The greatest advantage is that you can adjust the space of longitude wire space and weft wire space at random on the same one piece mesh panel.

4. Mesh pulling system is controlled by servo-motor (Panasonic brand) that adopts elastic

tension and opening positioning mesh, which improves the precision of mesh opening size.

5. Welding transformer: 160KVA*6PCS(48 welding spots.) every 8 welding spots need one water cooling transformer.

6. Wire feeding way:The line wires and cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut, then be put by manual work.

7. Material:Suitable for galvanized wire, low carbon iron wire, MS wire,ribbed wire, cold drawn wire and so on.
