In order to guarantee the food safety, we use the food grade and
high quality stainless steel material to manufacture the parts of
fork spit which would contact with the food. These material’s
physical properties are very good, it would prevent deformation of
these parts and operate stably under 300 degrees centigrade.
Extending application: Considering the limited barbecue space in
the oven or gas cooker, we introduce the steering gearbox system to
change the grill forkspit’s installation direction. By this way,
the freestanding oven or gas cooker could grill bigger meet food.
