Description:
With the help of oven lamp we could clearly observe the conditions
of barbecued foods. When the gas cooker machine is working, the
temperature of the oven machine’s internal barbecue room would
increase to more than 300 degrees centigrade. So we have to
selected the suitable material with good high temperature resistant
properties to manufacture products to ensure the oven lamp could
work well and long lifetime under the high temperature working
environment. In order to ensure the food safty, all of these raw
material had passed the RoHs tests, so we could prevent the oven
lamp could not release any hazardous substance to pollute the
barbecued foods during the barbecue process. We make some polygon
appearance design on the glass cover.

Application:
Electrical and standard ovens, microwave oven and similar places
subject to medium operating temperatures. Available for these
equipment luminaires fitted in different positions such as
downlighter, side-light and backlight.

The lamp is composed by glass cover, screw, filament ,sealing
material etc. 4 parts. Below table shows the fusion point
information for these parts’ raw material. According to these
information, we known that all the raw material are good high
temperature resistant material. And the G9 bulb is a kind of
halogen lamp bulb, it could endure more than 400 degrees centigrade
temperature.

Be convenient for installation
We design the exclusive product structure for the fixing ring part.
The fixing ring is a flexible trigeminal wing-style structure part.
With the three flexible wings we could install the ovenlamp easily
into the fixing hole on the board surface of barbecue space. With
the three wings and fixing point we could fix the oven lamp
accurately on the right position on the board.
