We design the exclusive product structure for the fixing ring part. The fixing ring is a flexible trigeminal wing-style structure part. With the three flexible wings we could install the oven lamp easily into the fixing hole on the board surface of barbecue space. We design several glass cover styles, such as full-transparent style, semi-transparent with frosted, and full-frosted etc. Different style glass cover together with different power lamp bulb would show different brightness effects. Generally we suggest that our clients could choose the semi-transparent with frosted glass cover style oven lamp for mini oven, because the soft brightness would not dazzling the user’s eyes. We suggest that our clients could choose the full-transparent glass cover style oven lamp for free standing style oven or gas cooker, because the bright light could supply user enough brightness. And the full-frosted glass cover style oven lamp was exclusive designed for professional cooking, the abundant and comfortable brightness is the best love of cooks.

2. Good high temperature resistance

To guarantee that our oven lamp products could operate well under around 300 degrees centigrade environments, we had made many necessary measures. First, we select the good quality materials with good high temperature resistant properties as the raw material for oven lamp products. These materials are all have very high fusion point. (see below talbe) We also use the advanced machines and production technologies to increase the parts’ high temperature resistant properties. With the current level of sealing material and sealing technology of lamp bulb, the incandescent lamp bulb’s max temperature resistant property could reach 350 degrees centigrade. And the halogen lamp bulb’s max temperature resistant property could reach 400 degrees centigrade. So we could ensure that our products could work well in common 300 degrees centigrade oven or gas cooker.
