Product description
Vacuum Planetary Mixer is including main mixing, oil tank, water
tank, and platform. The machine is including heating and cooling
function.
There is a heat preservation layer outside the jacket. The
homogenizer and the blade stirring can work together or separately.
The material will be sliming, emulsifying, mixing, dispersing, etc.
in a short time. The parts Contact the product adopt high-quality
stainless steel (medical usage adopt SS 316L. the interior surface
is mirror polished 400 MESH, vacuum mixing device is hygiene class.
It's produced according to cGMP standard. It is the most ideal
production equipment for cream and lotion.)
1 The heating method mainly includes electric or steam heating for
customer's choice.
2 Advanced PLC touch screen control is optional.
3 The emulsifying pot lid can adopt hydraulic lifting system, easy
to clean and the cleaning effect is more obvious, the emulsifying
pot can adopt tilting discharge or use rotor pump for material out
.
Vacuum emulsifying main machine:
· Slow mixer 0-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 0-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.093Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam
(standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel
pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air
inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head,
discharging port, dustproof respirator.
Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine
Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or
rotor pump for material out.
