layer of tin for protective purpose.
2) Tinplate is a high quality safe packaging material for food
items,such as tea,candy chocolate,sweets,cookie and gifts etc
3) Food grade silver lacquer or golden lacquer is covered on the
surface of the tin to prevent corrosion and interaction of the tin
with the food product.
4) Metal decoration is an off-set printing process utilizing CMYK
colors. Printing is done on large metal sheets first,Then
slittering into small pieces for stamping and formation.
5) Our Product catalogue and available samples are free of charge.

furnish a dimensional layout or template for positioning
graphics.According to the tin construction,this positioning
information is very important to ensure the proper placement of
artworks onto each panel of the tin.
8) Artwork designed by most popular software is acceptable,
Coreddraw and Adobe Illustrator
preferred,freehand,photoshop,etc are also welcome. Please send us
your artworks In AI or PDF edition by email or save your files on a
USB and submit it to us by courier service and freight prepaid.
9) In addition to traditional glossy and matt varnishes,we can make
crackle,wrinkle and pear varnishes.
