Product description
Liquid mixing tank (agitator tank) is ideal and common equipment for making shampoo, liquid soap, detergent, cleanser essence, shower, lubricants, skin care products in various factories etc. Mixing tank can be with homogenizer or without homogenizer.
Liquid homogenizing mixing tank has high speed disperser, can blend and disperse viscous liquid, lotion or cream. Also with homogenizer, the product will be better.
The finished product can be discharged by the bottom valve at the tank or connect with a rotor pump.

Performance and Feature:
1. Complex scpaer is suitable to every kind of complicated recipe and achieve optimizing effect.
2. PTFE scraping board caters to body of blending groove and scrape out viscosity material on boiler wall.
3. Homogenizer is installed on tank bottom to increase motor power more thoroughly and strongly. During few production, it can exert homogenizing effect fully.

Vacuum homogenizer mixer is composed of pre-mixing tank (water tank and oil tank), vacuum emulsifying tank, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, discharge system, electronic system and operating platform.

Vacuum emulsifying mixer series High shear homogenizer adopt most advanced technology for rotor and stator precise positioning, which is the core technology for emulsifying effect. The whole machine system adopts hydraulic lift style, frequency converter speed adjusting system, easy to operation and maintenance. The bi-direction material absorption system makes good homogenizing effect. This model is widely used in liquid chemical, cosmetics, food beverage, papermaking, daily products industry.
Vacuum emulsifying main machine:
· Slow mixer 10-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 1150-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam (standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head, discharging port, dustproof respirator.
Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine
Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
