The working principle of plastic waste shredder,plastic waste
shredding machine,plastic crusher machine
The materials walk into shredding chamber via conveyor belt /
manual feeding or via forklift,the the material will be taking up
by the cutting rotor and shredded repeatedly against the stator
blade, using the tried-and-tested rotor/stator principle. This
continues until the desired size has been achieved and the material
can pass through the perforated screen underneath,or directly come
out from the bottom of chamber after crushing . Depends on
different shredding demand we will have different design
accordingly. (refer to illustration below for better understanding)

2. Payment Term - 30% advanced payment once upon signing the
contract,70% balance payment before delivery.
3. Machine Installation
- a. Almost whole set machine delivery out, very simple for clients
to install by themselves and we also offer installation drawing
- b. If necessary we also support abroad installation
4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period
the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with
our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians
are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation
never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts
dispatched are charged at cost price.
