Joful S series is a type of solid shredder machine for general use, it can shred most materials effectively with small energy consumption, high output and easy move features. Users can choose the different models according to the material that need to shred and the capacity demand. This series solid waste shredders is generally used to shred hard material which are more difficult to break,like hard plastic, rubber, tires, nylon plastic, car bumpers, abandoned fishing nets, plastic pipe, fiber, paper bale, electrical components, cables, circuit boards, wood and so on.

Joful Single shaft plastic lump waste shredder consists of moving cutter and stationary knife work together to complete shredding demand. Cutter is consist by base rotor and quadrilateral shape moving knife blocks. Moving knife block has 4 cutting edges, they are replacing use. Moving knife blocks are arranged in multiple" V-Shape" rows along the base rotor and fixed via screws on the base rotor, rotating together with the base rotor, the two together we call it moving cutter. There are two groups of stationary knife, fixed in the rack. The material is pushed by the horizontal hydraulic cylinder to cutter direction. The speed is smooth and adjustable,propulsion is large and uniform .

4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
