For shredding scrap metal,you can choose integral blade design or assemble blade design . Other design is also ok to customize with detailed drawing.

Shredder blade is divided into multi-shaft and single-shaft, the blade for single-shaft shredder is square, and multi-shaft blade is round and has claw, normally there are two claws, three claws, six claws, Octal and twelve claws. The discharge size are decided by the number of claws, the gap and the distance between the blade and the spacer .The blades of multi shaft / single shaft shredder are often used to shred tires, metal shells, wood, wire, plastic and papers, films, etc.with a wide application range.

Process of the customization

1. Blade processing - Blanking - Forging - Tempering - Primary Processing - Testing - Heat Treatment - Surface Grinding - Wire Cutting - Finishing - Testing - Packaging - Storage (12 Processes)
2. Quality - Selected hard alloy powder, after precision molding using high temperature and pressure sintering,more durable & lasting
3. High precision - The blade edge is grinded by high-precision grinding machine, high precision, finishing can be as good as the mirror effect, sharp edge, no chipping, no edge knife problem. Cut section is smooth, smooth, no burr, no barbed problem
