The Industrial Cardboard Box Shredder is specially designed for shredding cardboard,cartons,paper materials etc with the advantages of uniform discharging and controllable size. The materials suitable for shredding main include: scrap corrugated paper, cardboard,cartons,hard covered paper, newspaper, card paper and other paper materials.

Normally used as pre shredder for coarse shredding, shred big size waste into small pieces for easy reprocessing, storage and transportation, creating new value from reusable wastes.For example, the crushed cardboard can be used as raw materials to make new carton or be used as organic fertilizer for plant or just as fuel etc. The crushed papers can be used as raw material to make new paper. The crushed wood can be used as raw material to make MDF board or pallets,or it can be used as fertilizer for plant etc

Our engineer can design the most suitable shredder according to the different demands. It adopts planet gear speed reducer driving; the blade is made of high-strength alloy steel, featured by strong abrasion resistance and high strength etc.; differential operation between axes has the functions of tearing, extrusion and occlusion, etc. The electrical part adopts Siemens electrical elements programming control with automatic detection and overload protection function.

2. Payment Term - 30% advanced payment once upon signing the contract,70% balance payment before delivery.

• a. Almost whole set machine delivery out, very simple for clients to install by themselves and we also offer installation drawing
• b. If necessary we also support abroad installation

4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
