1. Product Description
It's used to produce PVC profiles with different shape and size for
PVC window, door etc, such as casement series PVC profile, sliding
series PVC profile.
2. Production flow of PVC window door profile:
Material mixing, extruding, molding, vacuum calibrating and
cooling, hauling, cutting- final PVC profiles
3. The main machines needed for PVC profile:
-Mixer
-PVC profile extrusion line (Including autoloader, conical twin
screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration platform, hauling
machine, auto cutter- stacker)
- Lamination machine (wrapping machine)
- PVC crusher& PVC miller
- Air compressor
- Water chiller (optional).
Specification of pvc wpc Profile Machine:
1. For PVC window profile, equipped with correspondent co-extruder,
the rubber seal or the surface color can be co-extruded on line.
From the material feeding until the stacking, it is fully
automatic, which also pursues the characteristics of good
plasticization, low power consumption and cost effective.
2. Applications:
PVC profiles are mainly used in WPC floor, WPC auxiliary profile
for the door and small profiles for decoration.
3. The main extruder adopts specialdesigned screw,
barrel,mould.Equipped with the auxiliary
machineries, it could produce the PP PE PVC Wood-Plastic products.
It's a new environment protecting product, which combines the wood
powder and plastic powder at a certain percent.
