Description:

The sound-proof sliding partition walls are a new way to divide spaces with elegance, while respecting the architectural environment in which they are inserted. They are composed of multiple individual elements, which flow along a horizontal guide attached to the ceiling, assembled one after another completing the entire wall. It is not necessary any guidance on the floor, handling the elements is simple, fast and safe. The advantage of a soundproof sliding wall is essentially to occupy reduced space when it is stored, and when the wall is composed of all its elements.

Acoustic performance:

Can be used to limit noise transmission between rooms by using optional dense cladding and internal insulation. Bunge panels have been tested to achieve sound reduction ratings of up to Rw 59 dB, measured in accordance with BS EN ISO 140-3. Can be used to adjust room reverberation time using optional textile coverings or optional perforated over cladding.

Fire performance:

Available with optional fire separation construction. Particular fire rating may not be available in all panel types and finishes. Consult manufacturer prior to specification. Available with optional finishes from standard range rated Class 1 Surface Spread of Flame when tested to BS EN 476 or Class 0, in accordance with Building Regulations (E&W) Approved Document B.

Track details:

The tracks are made from extruded 6063 - T5 anodized aluminium. The track housing shall utilize grooves and interlocking steel pins for positive alignment of adjacent track sections, and shall be reinforced overhead by drop rod brackets. Aluminum track housing shall include an integral nut slot to accept a hardened square nut for attaching each drop rod bracket to the top of the track.

Panel profile:

The Panels will be made from 9 mm MDF boards and shall be 85 mm thick and 1220 mm maximum width, made to the appropriate acoustic rating and structural backing and mounted in full perimeter extruded aluminium frames with interlocking corner construction .The panel faces shall be finished with selected material.

Acoustic backed textile over cladding: With absorbent board backing.
Acoustic rigid over cladding: Choice of perforation and board finish, including veneers and spray paint as standard. Additional panel thickness: 9 mm minimum.
Acoustic stretched textile over cladding: Tension-ed over frame without backing.

Laminate: Available in manufacturer's colour range, RAL colors and wood grains.
Melamine: Available in manufacturer's colour range. RAL colors and wood-grains from GLAM.
Veneer: Available in manufacturer's range.
Dry wipe. Available in manufacturer's range.
Magnetic whiteboard. Available in manufacturer's range.
