Production:

MW-D5L4 is the fastest liner blow molding machine in mainland of China by now. MW-D5L4 reaches around 3000-4000 BPH for 500ML bottle. Its baking tunnel is separated from the blow station so that time for mold opening is shortened with a result of speedy blowing and high output, damage to machine is lessened so as to keep reliable performance and prolong service life, as well as machine runs more smoothly and steadily.

MW-D5L4 is controlled by PLC. The whole process from preform feeding to bottle discharging is completed automatically with advantages of labor saving and no pollution.HY-5L consists of three main parts: preform loading system, Heater channel & blow station.

Installation:
Our engineer will travel to buyer’s country within 10－20 days after receipt of confirmation in the written form from client informing that the goods arrived in site and civil works is ready for installation. The client has to buy round tickets and arrange all local facilities including food, lodging, and transportation during their staying period in buyer’s country. The buyer would pay USD 120/day for each engineer during journey.
Warranty:
One year from the date of Installation or acceptance of the Plant whichever comes first.
Note:
If the client needs our manufacturer to provide the training program depending on the experience of the local people and the client requirement as the local people has no experience in this kind of plant, the client has to send their people (about 4 technical engineers/workers) to China
