Details:

	Conveyor will stand on the ground supported by supporting legs, there're deceleration conveyor, buffer conveyor, acceleration conveyor and differential speed conveyor, the production linecan operate automatically through electrical control system.
Bottles are fed from flat conveyor into the filling machine mono-bloc via star-wheel. Bottle clamp installed on the rotary wheel of the rinser will grip bottle mouth and make a 180º turn along a guide track to face the bottle mouth downward. In designated section of the rinser (depends on the water division disk--- rinsing water is pumped to the water division disk by the pump, and divided by the 24 pieces tubes into the rinsing gripper)
	Anti-rotation blades on capping heads will seize the neck of bottle to prevent it from rotation and hold it in a upright position. The twist-on capping head will make revolving and rotating movement along with the machine to finish the complete capping process of cap picking, placing, twisting and disengaging under the control of a cam. Capping head adopts magnetic constant torque device, at the time of taking caps by cap division disk, cap holding sleeve will hold the cap and make it upright, , that set against the lid, centralizer lid, in order to ensure that the caps at the correct position of capping mould, and guarantee the capping quality .
