iCut-407 Metallographic Sample Cutting Machine can be used to cut general all-facies and lithofacies sample materials, which could guarantee the cutting of optimum samples under the safe conditions.

The machine adopts all-sealing structure and quick clamping mechanism, and also attaching the cooling water tank for the use of coolant circulation, prolonging the service life, perfecting and facilitate the operation.

The inner and outer covering shell, tongs mouth, operating board, and other main spares are all made of stainless steel material, which is one of the best equipment for sample cutting.

When cutting a specimen from a larger piece of material, care must be taken to ensure that it is representative of the features found in the larger sample, or that it contains all the information required to investigate a feature of interest.
