Twill Weave Brass Wire Mesh
Brass is a type of copper and zinc alloy materials, which contains
65% copper and 35% zinc. It has excellent non-magnetic performance
and abrasion resistance performance.
Twill Weave Pattern: Each weft wire passes alternately over two,
and then under two successive warp wires and each warp wire passes
alternately over two and under two successive weft wires. It is
possible to be used to allow a heavier than standard wire diameter.
Brass wire mesh is made of flat or round brass wires. The wires are
plain weave, twill weave or dutch weave into wire mesh tapes, rolls
and sheets. They can be used in different filtering, separating,
protecting applications.
Chemical Composition: 65% copper and 35% zinc.
Weaving Methods: Twill Weave
Features of brass wire mesh(cloth):
1) Abrasion, corrosion, high temperature and spark resistance.
2) Acid, alkali resistance.
3) Durable, good ductility, tensile strength.
4) Allowing light, air, liquid to pass.
5) Discolor due to atmospheric condition.
6) Not suitable for salt water application.
7) Clean and install easily.
8) Brass mesh has lower electricity and heat conductivity but
better abrasion and corrosion resistance, better tensile strength
compared with copper mesh cloth.
Application of brass wire mesh(cloth):
Decorative mesh for lamps, cabinets and entertainment centers.
Plumbing screen, filter discs, fireplace screen, window and porch
screen.
Filter in food, mine, paper making, machine, pharmaceutical,
chemical, metallurgy, industry, electricity, commercial and so on.
Sieving and filtering granule, powder, porcelain clay and glass,
chinaware printing, grain, filtering liquid and gas.
