Germany material specially use in high temperature conditon.

II. High temperature bearing material introduction:
We use excellent special high temperatuer bearable steel,it is specially used for high temperature bearing, assembled with
G10 Grade bearing steel balls.With strictly heat treatment our
bearing hardness could reach to HRC60~62,to guarantee long work
life. Our bearing grooves has been grinded and polished to
guarantee the bearing movement in smooth. Our quality has been
approved by China market overhead chain manufacturers.
Some customer require the high temperature 1000 degree, we could
use Germany special customized steel.
III. Strict quality control:
a, ram material select and examine the qualified certification of
material chemical components.
b, bearing components inspection by special tools. tolerance
control to 0.001mm
c, finished product examinnation.
