Detailed Description about the Machine​:

1. The machine is for pulp molding products.
2. Need a labor takes a netting plates to catch the wet products and then put on the trolley for sunshine drying.
3. This machine has two working stations, it can make two different types products at the same time. By changing moulds, the machine can make many types different products.
4. The pulp tank is made from SUS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion resistance.
5. With function of top mould and bottom mould blowing & vacuum.

How This Machien Works:

1. The pulp is mixing with raw material and water. When adjusting the pulp consistency, the pulp will go to the forming machine.
2. With the help of vacuum and compressed air, the products will be formed on the moulds.
3. After forming, the worker needs to catch the wet products on the netting plates and dry them under the sunshine.
4. The forming products don’t to be transferred by workers, save labors and high efficiency.
5. This machine can be applied to manufacturing large quantity of pulp molding products, especially the high industrial packages items.
