Introduction:
The machine is for filling green tea,black tea and fruit juice drink and integrates washing,filling and capping together ,and adopts block bottle-neck hanging work state design and filling valve rise-drop design.
It can meet the requirements of hot filling of below 95 degrees Celsius. It adopts man-machine interface touch screen,PLC,transducer ,etc.

a. Rinsing Part
1. It is rotary type, mainly sued for rinsing glass bottles send the bottles to the filling machine. It can be applied for alcohol, beverage, and water bottle rinsing.
2. Glass bottle enters the machine by bottle distributing screw, and turned with mouth down by clip and turn mechanism, after aseptic water rinsing and drying, automatically turn with mouth up, and send to filling machine by bottle-outlet star-wheel. The main structure with rinsing water and outer shield are all stainless steel material; open type gear drive.
3. Renew stainless steel clip, simple structure, convenient adjustment; small area touch with bottle mouth, avoid the secondary pollution for the bottle mouth efficiently.
4. Open-type gear drive.
5. Automatically adjustable lifting to suit bottles of different heights.
6. Bottle rinsing machine inlet pipe equipped with pressure gauge and stability valve.
7. Bottle rinsing machine equipped with water collector to callback rinsed water.
8. The consumptions of the water for each type of bottle when rinsing is 105ml/s (when 0.25Mpa)
b. Filling Part
1. We introduce into Germany technology for the filling machine, and design & manufacture by ourselves with hot filling principle.
2. Filling valve adopts constant pressure mechanism valve, for normal temperature or high temperature filling, filling fast and high accuracy of filling liquid level. It is adopted double guide rod structure.
3. With complete CIP cleaning function.
4. With function of beverage inlet and beverage recycle automatic control, ensure material level in filling tank, small temperature change.
5. The main drive adopts gear drive, with high efficiency, low noise, long life, easy maintenance, sufficient lubrication, grease can lubricate centralizing automatically, adopts transducer to the speed of main motor to control, the machine adopts step-less frequency conversion timing. The material for the whole platform and frame is carbon steel with stainless steel outside.
6. The machine is automatically controlled by PLC, fault on line display, like bottle block, cap shortage etc.
7. The key parts and electric elements of the machine are adopt import products.

c. Capper
Screw capping machine is most precision part in the 3-1 machine, it has a big influence to the goods stability and defective rate. Our screw capping has following feature.
