Rigid Type Cable Stranding machine For Copper Wire and Aluminum Wire

Application

The machine is mainly used for stranding copper, aluminum and aluminum alloy wires, make compacting or non-compacting round conductor. Non compacted or compacted circular. Circular conductors are compacted with dies. Compacted Sector (pre-spiralled sectors as option)

- material: copper, aluminium, aluminium alloy (with preforming heads)

- shape: round, trapezoidal (for ACSR-tw and T-ACSR-Tw)

- size: copper: 1.5 to 4.5 mm

- aluminium (EC grade) : 1.8 to 4.5 mm

- aluminium alloy (max 350 N/mm2) : 1.7 to 4.3 mm (as far as it does not require more than 35 daN tension)

Composition of the conductors:

1 + 6 = 7 wires made on a separate line

1 + 6 + 12 = 19 wires (one pass)

1 + 6 + 12 + 18 = 37 wires (one pass)

1 + 6 + 12 + 18 + 24 = 61 wires (one pass)
