Ultra-high movable partitions are applied to the space as high as 7 m to 16 m, with maximum noise insulation effect of 55 decibels.
Each meter of aluminium rail can load weight 2000 kg;the bearing capacity of each pulley is more than 1600 kg; it is commonly used in large banquet halls,large muti-function halls,exhibition centers,gymnasiums,auditoriums,and other large and tall establishments.
The hanging system is developed and produced by using high-technologies.
The hanging wheels slide smoothly on rails without vibration.
The 16 m high partition can be easily moved even being pushed at the bottom.
The turning split mouth adopts specially designed steel plates,with a built in-orientation device.
When the partition passes the turning split mouth,it will make a turn automatically following the orientation device, as if it is sliding on straight rail.

Top hung system without the need for a floor track.
The partition wall panel is made from high density aluminum frame, special made rubber, excellent sound insulation cotton and finish surface, etc.
Around the panel, there is sound insulation rubber, it can help to insulate the sound entering.
The operable partition finished panel is hanging on the aluminum track, assembled with muti direction wheels.
We can add single or double doors on the movable partition wall panels for entering convenience.

Installation:

Bunge offer a full installation service complying with the requirements of Fast Track contracts by carrying out a first fix of supports,tacks and baffles and a second fix of the finished panels.
We also complete Turn Key operation,carrying out the installation and all associated works( eg: taking down and reinstating ceilings,providing primary steel supports, etc.).

To avoid disrupting a working environment the installation can be programmed to take place out of normal working hours,causing little or no inconvenience to the client.

Our team of fitters have many years of experience in the partition industry.We therefor offer a completer installation package including structural support, acoustic baffles, ceiling works and associated builder’s works.Our prices include,off loading, haulage and supply of all plant necessary to completer the installation.

Virtually any finish that can be applied to a conventional wall can be applied to the system such as paint or wall covering.A large number of our installations are finished in veneer, melamine or laminate.
The system can also incorporate ski rings, dado,presentation rails and display boards etc. Recent installations have included finishes such as chalk board, cork pin board, carpet and veneer with inlay.

Acoustics:

The system offers sound reduction levels from 32dB to 55 dB.These levels are backed up by certificates awarded by a reputable independent body.They are not in house tested.Full test results are available on request.
