Control System. It is applicable for PMMA, PE, PP, PVC, PS, PET,
etc.
2. This line is specially used for producing PP/PE single layer or
multi-layer sheet or plate, suitable in the fields of packaging,
stationery, chemicals, construction, household appliances and so
on.

Description:
1. Features of PVC Sheet Production Line: The Lab Precise Three
Roller Calendar is vertical designed with one variable speed
control motor for the three rolls. The base of the middle roll is
fixed and the upper roll and lower roll could move up and down. The
bases of the rolls are linear slide driven with manual press
devices and could be adjusted slightly to ensure the accuracy of
tape thickness.
2. DETAILED FEATURES
2.1. Screw apply special design of mixing and plasticization
funtion;
2.2. Coat hanger type die withtwo throttle design enalble to
regulate the sheet thickness accurately;
2.3.Sheet thicknes shall be regulated by screw and pressing roller;
2.4. Separete roller temperature control system can make even sheet
thickness
2.5. Winder withbig torque motor, regulate its speed and tension
force;
2.6. Automatic metering device can pre-set the length of product.
