Description
1. The feeding system: the machine equipped with automatic wire
straightening cutting device. This device straighten and cut wires
into fixed length. Then worker put those wires into hopper, the
wires will falling automatically.
2. The welding system: the machine adopts synchronous control
technique, welding time and sub-control welding are all composed of
digital integrated circuit, which has stable function, firm welded
points and without welded tracks.
3. The mesh pulling system: The mesh pulling system is controlled
by step motor, which makes the pulling mesh aperture more standard
and accurate. This automatic pulling device can be separated from
the welded machine.

1. The main machine is nude packing or plastic film packing.
2. The spare parts and control cabinet will be loaded in wooden
box.

1. technique service:If the buyers need, we can send our technical
staff to the buyers’ place to debug the machine and providing the
training in 30 days after the machines arrive at the destination
port.
2. Maintenance period:one year exclusive of wearing parts
3. The numbers of service personel: one technical service person
per machines at most
4. Fees: The buyer have to pay the salary of 100 dollar a day to
the technician , and the air ticket, accommodation,meals and some
related fees should be your responsibility.
5. During maintenance period: if the parts are broken caused by the
product problem, seller will offer new parts by free. If our
technician need to maintain in factory the buyer should be
responsible for correlative expense.
