EPDM Rubber Seal Parts are excellent in many aspects especially in ozone resistence,weathering resistance,flame resistance,heat resistance,oxygenated-solvent resistance and water resistane. They are specifically designed to protect the primary seal from contaminants. These seals are not designed to seal pressure differentials or to seal against fluid levels; they are primarily for contamination exclusion. The seal design utilizes centrifugal force to prevent intrusion of contaminants into the bearing chamber.

Advantage: excellent resistance to water and oxgene and weather, second only to TR, ACM and FKM, better than other general rubber.

Disadvantage: poor oil resistance, limited gas impermeabiity resissistance ,tear resistance and tensile strength.

Operating Temperature: about -40°C~+120°C.

Application: mainly used in manufacturing about all kinds of heat and flame and weathering-assistant products, such as seal stripes and water pipe and car eqquipment, etc.

      Ruichen Sealing Co., Ltd was built in 2006, The company has two branches in Dongguan and Shangrao.They are Dongguan Ruichen Sealing  Co., Ltd. and Shangrao Ruichen Sealing Co., Ltd.. We mainly produce rubber o rings , gaskets , ball , grommet and customized rubber part. Shangrao Ruichen as production base , covering a total area of 18,000 square meters, with total assets of 100 million yuan, more than 300 employees and 46 sets of plate vulcanizer machines.
