Special designed dual welding head welding manipulator used for stiffening ring automated SAW welding.

Welding manipulator feature:

• Equipped with two welding head simultaneously welding both sides of the stiffening ring.
  
• Dual wire SAW welding with LINCOLN welding power source(optional), more welding efficiency.
  
• Gear rack pinion transmission of the boom with VFD speed control, working motion stable & smooth.
  
• Anti-fall device and limit switches for all motions.
  
• Column with smooth 360 degree lockable rotation.
  
• Designed and robustly build to withstand severe work environments.

Detail description of welding manipulator:

• Used to locate welding torch to a desired position for welding in a stable and secure manner.
  
• Motorized trolley can be included for varying length weldments and procedures.
  
• Robust structure boom holding weld head over welding seam in a stable manner during weld procedure. It is able to achieve the consistent welding results.
  
• With movable trolley, one set welding manipulator can work with multi welding station. Minimize the idler time of welding head during job preparation.
  
• With special design, one boom is able to install two welding head. By two welding head working simultaneously, the working efficiency would be double with normal welding mode.
  
• Relay on flexible co-work with different working station, it increases arc-on time and overall productivity.
  
• It reduced operator fatigue & consumable costs.
  
• Rework time will be reduced and part scrap will be cut.
  
• These benefits greatly reduce the time to prepare a part for welding and the time to finish a part after welding.
