Thermal insulation jacket is a sandwich design heat resistant shield products. It is mainly used to protect actuator, valve or exchanger from heat and cold damage. With this 25mm insulation exhaust blanket, the high temperature air or liquid in the actuator or valve won't influence the work and repair. The heat resistant jacket isolates the heat, workers can touch its surface without gloves, which makes work easier.

Materials of this insulation jacket is outside layer silicone coated fiberglass cloth and wadding material fiber glass needle mat. It is a sandwich structure. Both surface material and inside material are fire resistant and eco-friendly without pollution. Needle mat can be recycled after using. What's more, they are chemical resistant and electrical insulation. So the thermal insulation jacket is suitable for exchanger, power generator protection.

For its heat insulation, silicone fiberglass cloth is able to withstand 550℃. E-glass needle mat can be used to resist 800℃ heat continuously.

IR Test For Thermal Insulation

IR Test result of this insulation cover showed that when the inside temperature goes up to 300℃ continuously, the surface of jacket is at 32℃. Workers can touch the surface without gloves.
