Description:

1. The unit adopts special-designed SJZ80 conical twin screw extuder.This production line mianly consist of the host extruder, mold, vacuum forming tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine, stacker and so on.

2. The host extruder using the computerized control panel, adopt the Japanese Omron temperature controller, AC/DC motor, ABB speed gonervor and SIMENS contactor.The mold adopt the special treatment, it have the advancetage of foaming quaickly and foaming well. The whole line have the advantage of easy operation and steady.
