Energy saving: ultra low power consumption, the average power consumption per pair of sole is about RMB0.3 /pair, and the servo system is about RMB0.2 /pair.

Environmental protection: Use granular materials, no dust, all electric heating, without the need for traditional heat or steam heating;

High output: the daily output of a single pair of moulds is 300-400 pairs, it is twice of the traditional vulcanized rubber.

High quality: the product has the advantages of high brightness of TP and TPU, and has the advantages of high wear resistance, cold resistance, heat resistance and skid resistance of traditional vulcanized rubber, and its density is only 0.9-1.06.

Low loss: rubber particles at room temperature, easy to store, die of plastic products, no burr, low defect rate, all the normal material loss is 2%-3% (head and defect rate);
