Dongguan Excar Electric Vehicle Co.,Ltd, aka EXCAR，was founded
in 2006, located in Dongguan City, Guangdong, southern China. During
the past 18 years, we concentrated on electric vehicle.Nowadays,
EXCAR is a professional manufacturer of low speed electric vehicle.
With an experienced and professional R&D team, we have developed
various vehicles, including electric golf cart, sightseeing bus,
utility cart,
patrol car.
At the same time, in order to ensure the vehicle quality, we are
using key
components from reliable and well-known companies, such as battery
from American Trojan, motor from American KDS, controller from
American Curtis.
In order to further ensure the quality of our products, our factory
produce
most of the metal parts by ourselves, with various machines
(Laser-cut machine, bending machine, welding robot, etc.) in our workshop.
Most of the metal parts are produced on our own. Therefore, we will have better
quality control of our product.
What’s more, we also have our own electronics department, in which we
produce cable harness, process electronic components, and develop
new
accessories, such as key card switch system and dashboard LCD meter.
