Introduction
This machine is suitable for filling and capping not contain gas, such as white spirit fruit wine, juice and fruit
syrum. It can also fill other liquid such as vinegar, milk, and
pesucide.It is equiped the advanced device, electrical equipment, and pneumatic control technology. It has the characteristics of filling reposefully, high speed, liquid

Features:
1). Valve on-off system is driven by hydraulic cylinder, which
starts on bottle signals.
2). High-speed and highly accurate bottling valves ensure no loss
of liquid at high speed.
3). Equipped with CIP clean-in-place.
4). Bottom splint which fixed in the feed-out starwheel goes down
in the manner of screw. Bottles can be changed without adjustment
of height of conveyor chain.
5). Capping heads are magnetic constant-torque equipped to ensure
capping quality with no damage.
6). Highly effective cap sorting and feed in system is protective
for feed in and cap absence.
7). Equipped with overload system to safeguard machine and
operators.
8). Touch screen operated.
9). Main electronic components( touch screen, PLC and frequency
inverter) are imported products.
10). Components of pneumatic system are FESTO.
