    Electronic Rubber Thermal Shock Tester structure design :

    1. Inner of cabinets: Inner of test cabinets using SUS#304 stainless steel.
    2. Machine body: Imported A-class electrolysis board plus powder coating paint.
    3. Machine structure design: Precooling cabinet, preheating cabinet and test cabinet of 3 separate cabinets design.
    4. Observational window: Use for observe test object (W*L 28 * 35 cm).
    5. Light source: High-brightness light (13 W PL lamp).
    6. Window Anti-sweat design: Using electric heater device to prevent moisture condensation. (40 W)
    7. Cold storage / Heat storage material: Using high efficiency aluminum alloy material, capable store large heat capacity and cold capacity in order to achieve high efficiency of exchange of hot and cold.
    8. Pneumatic structure: Test object placed in the test cabinet, the valve of heat storage cabinet or cold storage cabinet driven by air pressure to guide the airflow into test cabinet.
    9. Test standard: Meet MIL, IEC, JIS, IPC…3 cabinets test specifications.
    10. Test holes: Able to connect external test power line or signal line (5.0 cm).
    11. Sliding wheel: Sliding wheel to adjust place position and strong bolt to fix position (500Kg / wheel).
    12. Insulation: Using fire-resistant PU foam plus heat insulation fiberglass wool (thickness 10.0 cm)
    13. Plate shelf: Adjustable and movable grid plate shelf and stainless steel strip grid plate X 2 (interval between plate 5.0 cm).
    14. Cabinet door: Use double-insulated airtight design, can be effectively isolated from the temperature leakage.
