9 Gauge Galvanized Brick Construction Block Ladder Mesh 10' Length

The reinforcing ladder structural mesh is configured by welding of galvanized steel rod in H form or designed angle. Galvanized before welded or galvanized after welded ladder mesh products are provided by Concreate for horizontal joint reinforcement of the masonry wall system. In construction, the ladder mesh is put embedded in the horizontal mortar joints of masonry walls. It consists of two parallel side wire rods with cross rods welded at 16” (400 mm) O. C., thus forming a ladder configuration. Overall measurement (side-to-side rod) is approximately 2” (50 mm) less than the nominal wall thickness.

Ladder mesh has long proven to be necessary for superior performance of masonry wall construction. Being embedded into the horizontal mortar joints of masonry walls, it can greatly reduce wall cracking caused by thermal stresses, improve the resistance to water penetration.

Truss is available with different main wire nos (2 wires, 3 wires and 4 wires) for specific structural loading situations, widths to suit different block or brick leaf construction.

Standard ladder mesh main wire and cross wire diameter are 9 gage.
Heavy duty ladder mesh main wire diameter is 3/16”and cross wire diameter is 9 gage.
Super heavy duty ladder mesh main wire and cross wire diameter are 3/16”.

Ladder mesh reinforcement also called Brick Wall Reinforcement Mesh is welded wire sheet for reinforced masonry construction. It is used in building surface, wall, ground, bridge, bank and airport. And its feature is that welding spots of warp wire and weft wire are on the same surface.
