1. Can I get a sample ?
If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper
quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford
the express freight.
If you need printed samples, we will charge $30-$100 to cover the
cost on film.
2. How long can I expect to get the sample ?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the
samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. You can use your
own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
3. How soon can I get a price quote ?
For most projects, once we know the carton style, dimensions,
paperboard type including caliper, printing requirements and
quantity, we can provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.
4. How long will it take to receive my products ?
As a general rule, it will take 2 weeks for us to produce your
custom designed and printed products.
5. Can I have a custom designed and made packaging box ?
We are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to the
individual customer's needs. All of our boxes are custom made based
on your artwork and packaging need.
6. Is there a minimum order requirement ?
Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, we do not
accept small orders. Our mini order quantity is 1000-3000 Pcs.
7. What are your office hours ?
You can reach us between the hours of 8:00 A. M. and 6:00 P. M.
GTM+8, From Monday to Friday, except holidays.
8. Do you sell any additional products not listed on your online
catalog ?
We sell over 7,000 different types of corrugated shipping or
packaging supplies and are always adding new items to our website.
However, every item that we currently sell is listed on our
website. If you cannot find the exact packaging or shipping product
that you are looking for, please e-mail your request and we will be
happy to verify whether or not this is an item that we carry.
9. Do you have a price catalog ?
We are a professional corrugated board printed packaging
manufacturer. All of our packaging products are custom made as per
your request and artwork. We do not have a price catalog.
10. Will you match competitors' prices ?
If you find a lower price elsewhere on the exact same item, we will
meet or beat that price as long as it does not reflect a
competitor's free offer, rebate, bonus, one-of-a-kind, or other
limited guarantee offer.

12. Can you do the design for us ?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in gift box
design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help
to carry out your ideas into perfect gift boxes. It does not matter
if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high
resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would
like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for
confirmation.
13. What is your terms of delivery ?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the
most convenient or cost effective for you.
