The SJ25 Single Screw Plastic Extruder is mainly used for
experiment, that used for testing and extruding thermo-plastic such
as soft hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polystyrene(PE), PP, ABS
coordinated with the appropriate auxiliary machine,(including the
die).
This set is advanced in design, good in plasticization and low in
energy consumption. The extruder is characterized by low noise,

into the barrel, the material goes into the mould through the
screw’s transmission, compression, mixing and measurement. The
material of screw and barrel is 38CrMoAlA, after quenching ,
tempering and nitrogen treatment. |
