Advantage:

For one barrier, you can have two speed (no need to change the motor), for example, if you want faster barrier, you can choose 1s/2s motor, and you can also set the up speed to be 1s, and down speed is 2s, or both up and down speed to be 1s or 2s; if you want slower barrier, you can choose 3s/6s motor, the same function as 1s/2s motor.

Applications:

Barrier Gate with LED boom is installed with LED boom, and traffic light on the housing. When the boom rises up, the light turns green; when the boom falls down, the light turns red. Beside the LED, the boom is also installed with rubber below, which not only indicates the transit situation, but also protect vehicle from hitting.

Q: As for the over-heating problem of barrier gate

A: WEJOIN barrier gate has motor cooling fan which can solve the problem of over heating-protection. WJDZ601 and WJDZ701 don't have motor cooling fan, but the aluminum alloy housing of WJDZ601 can make the heat radiate quickly, and there’re shutters on the housing to let wind in.

Q: Sometimes, Why the barrier boom would open automatically?

A: Please check if the limit switch is on the right position; if not, please adjust the Limit Switch. Please refer to last page of Barrier Gate Manual. Or you can adjust the adjusting screw. And the last step is to check the intensity of the spring.

Q: What’s the remote control distance?

A: In general, most of WEJOIN 418 remote control can cover 100 meters, but it is not safe and stable to control the barrier gate from 100 meters away. WEJOIN recommends using the remote control within 30 meters or 50 meters.
